Abacus Shell & Tube type Heat Exchangers are designed & built in a wide variety of sizes and metallurgy as per customer’s requirement. Length can vary from 0.5 meter 20 meters & Diameter can be vary from 0.15 meter to 2.0 meters. The design and test pressure can be upto 300 Kg/Cm2G. The Heat Exchangers are fabricated as per TEMA / ASME / API & ASHARE Standard requirements. Marine Heat Exchangers are made for Sea Water applications with Monel, Brass and Cupro-Nickel construction.  Most of the heat exchangers built by us are also designed and customised by us for economical solution to customer specific requirements. 

In addition to Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Abacus also manufactures Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Pipe in Pipe or Jacketed Heat Exchangers, Aluminium Rectangular Plate Fin Heat Exchangers, Hair Pin Type Heat Exchangers, Economisers and Reboilers. 

In industrial Chilling and Drying range, Abacus offers all types of Air Dryers including Blower Heat Reactivated type (BHR),  Heatless Type, Heat of Compression type (HOC) and Refrigerated Type.  We also manufacture Industrial Process Chillers from 0.5 TR to 400 TR Capacities. Abacus range includes extremely efficient and compact Air Cooled and Water Cooled Condensors and DX Chillers,  

All the equipment manufactured at Abacus confirm to best practiced international standards including ASME ,TEMA  and ASHRAE, as applicable.
